CANCELLATION POLICY.

Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once we cut fabric or begin printing, cancellation becomes limited. Here is exactly how the window works.

1. FREE CANCELLATION WINDOW

You can cancel any order free of cost within 2 hours of placing it, or until it moves to the Preprocessing state — whichever is earlier.

2. HOW TO CANCEL

  1. Go to Order History in your profile.
  2. Open the order and click Request Cancellation.
  3. Enter a short reason so our team can process it faster.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the request is approved.

3. CANCELLATION AFTER PRODUCTION STARTS

Once the order is in Processing or later, cancellation is decided on a case-by-case basis by our team. If the item has already been printed or cut to your custom spec, cancellation may not be possible.

4. ORDERS WE MAY CANCEL

Hamuzair reserves the right to cancel an order if payment verification fails, the delivery address is unserviceable, or the design violates our content guidelines. In every such case, a full refund is initiated automatically.

5. REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION

  • Prepaid orders — refunded to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
  • Partial cancellations — prorated refund for the cancelled line items only.
  • You receive an email with the refund amount and transaction reference.

If you cannot see a Cancel button on your order, it has likely moved past the free window. Email support@hamuzair.in and we will see what is possible.
