Custom AI-generated and personalised apparel is produced in 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Ready-made catalogue items dispatch in 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM IST or on weekends begin production the next working day.

How long until my order reaches me?

Accepted Answer

After dispatch, delivery is 2–4 business days to metros (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata), 4–7 days to Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities, and 7–10 days to remote pin codes. Tracking goes live the moment your parcel leaves our facility.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, wrong sizes shipped, and transit damage (report within 48 hours of delivery). Personalised or AI-generated items matching what you approved are not eligible. Approved refunds land in your original payment method in 5–7 business days. Can I cancel my order?

Free cancellation is available within 2 hours of placing the order, or until the order moves to Preprocessing — whichever comes first. After that, it's assessed case-by-case; custom items already printed usually cannot be cancelled. Use Profile → Order History → Request Cancellation.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Edits to size, color, or artwork are possible only while the order is in the free-cancellation window. Once production starts, changes are not possible — we recommend cancelling and reordering if you catch a mistake early.

How do I track my order?

Sign in and visit Profile → Order History. You'll also receive an SMS and email the moment your parcel is dispatched, with a live carrier tracking link.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not currently offered.

How does the AI design customizer work?

Describe your idea in plain English — a character, a slogan, a vibe. Our AI drafts the artwork, you drop it onto a live 3D garment, adjust position, scale and color, and the model you see is exactly what we print. Artwork passes our content-safety filters before production.

What sizes do you stock?

XS through XXL in standard Indian fit. Every product page has a detailed size chart in inches — please measure before ordering, as size exchanges for correctly-fulfilled items aren't covered.

What are your fabrics?

T-shirts use 220–280 GSM combed cotton depending on the style. Hoodies use 360–500 GSM fleece-back French terry. Every piece is pre-shrunk, reinforced at stress points, and built to hold print for years.
