2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. CUSTOM DESIGNS & CONTENT

When you upload or create designs using our customizer:

• You represent that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
• You grant Hamuzair a non-exclusive license to use the content for fulfilling your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

4. PAYMENTS & PRICING

All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or printing errors. Please contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hamuzair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
